Harrison Design Studio(HDS) is an award winning, residential design company. With over 45 years experience, HDS’s basic design philosophy has been to promote a timeless and functional design through quality of space. In order to cater to our diverse clients’ preferences, we are practitioners of all design styles and periods of homes. HDS design products have garnered many accolades with numerous national awards and national publications.

We take great pride in each and every home we have designed/built and know first hand that building your dream home can be one of the most satisfying endeavors that you will experience. Though this experience is filled with an endless amount of decisions, our personal approach and commitment makes the process effortless. HDS's projects include new homes, additions/renovations, historic restorations and estate planning.

Meet the Team


  • Owner, Principal Designer

    Chuck Harrison is an award winning residential designer with more than 45 years of experience.

    He specializes in creating innovative and expansive designs, which have established himself as one of the premier designers in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas. Chuck’s design philosophy focuses on “quality of space” by promoting a timeless and functional design. His attention to detail in the design process is unparalleled, and has seen him create some of the most timeless and well regarded homes in the area.

  • Architectural Designer

    David joined the firm in 2015 and brings a unique design approach with a diverse background of experience. David has studied architecture on both the east and west coast to gain experience in different design styles and applications. David’s main focuses at the firm include: design development & schematics, interior architectural design, floorplan design, 3D renderings, & product/material research & selections.
